Hi everyone, George from Reply here.

0:06

Welcome to this instructional video.

0:08

I'm here to show you how to connect your Reply account with your RB2B account.

0:12

In order to create these fully automated workflows that will send your RB2B

0:16

leads

0:16

over to your multi-channel reply sequences.

0:19

In order to get started, all you need to do is head over to execution, integ

0:25

rations,

0:26

and then find the RB2B integration here at the bottom.

0:29

Click Configure.

0:31

And under Settings, all you need to do is select which sequence you want to

0:36

send them to.

0:38

Most probably you will already have a handful of sequences.

0:42

If not, if it's a brand new Reply account, make sure to create one sequence.

0:47

And then move to list is optional, but you can also move them to a list.

0:51

You may know that lists are sort of like tags that allow you to quickly

0:57

identify

0:58

people using filters.

1:00

So again, this is optional, but this is convenient.

1:03

I've created a custom list.

1:04

I called it RB2B leads.

1:07

And that's all I need in order to set up that integration.

1:11

You copy the link.

1:12

You will not see the link just yet, but it's going to be in your clipboard.

1:17

Head over to RB2B, go to integrations, find reply, and simply paste that link.

1:26

That's it.

1:27

And now the integration is running.

1:30

Every new contact that is being identified by RB2B is sent over to your reply

1:35

campaign

1:36

or sequence and will be nurtured with multi-step sequence with emails and

1:42

LinkedIn depending

1:44

on the way you've set up that integration.

1:47

Now a couple of things to know.

1:49

Once you've set up that integration, you may want to do this one-step mapping

1:56

that will

1:57

essentially map all the RB2B fields with reply fields and create the missing

2:04

ones because

2:05

some of the fields that RB2B sends over do not exist in reply yet.

2:11

There's one button to achieve that.

2:14

Once you click match all fields, you will see three custom fields being created

2:21

automatically.

2:22

It was just one click.

2:24

Then the log, as the name suggests, will show you all of the activities, all of

2:29

the behavior

2:30

that happens between the two systems so you can quickly analyze what's going on

2:36

and in

2:37

case of any issues, send us that log or send us a screenshot of that log at

2:43

least.

2:43

Now let's say you want to change the sequence you want to send people to.

2:48

All you need to do is just select that new sequence on the reply side.

2:53

There's no need to go to RB2B and paste a new link because the link itself will

2:59

be the

3:00

same.

3:03

Everything that has to be done happens on our end and therefore the link, this

3:10

URL, will

3:11

remain the same.

3:12

And people, once you have changed the name of the sequence, those leads will be

3:17

sent to

3:18

the new sequence.

3:21

Another thing to note is what's the best approach to take an advantage of the

3:28

multi-channel nature

3:29

of reply.

3:31

Because on the one hand, you can create a sequence that contains only LinkedIn

3:36

steps.

3:37

You can create another sequence that contains only email steps or you can

3:41

create a multi-channel

3:43

sequence that contains both in a multi-step, multi-channel fashion.

3:50

Like I've done here myself with this linear sequence with an email, a LinkedIn

3:55

step, another

3:56

email, another LinkedIn step and so on.

4:00

But the best approach to take advantage of all of the leads that come to you

4:06

through

4:06

RB2B because you know that some of them will not contain an email would be to

4:11

take advantage

4:13

of what we call conditional or branched sequences.

4:17

reply has built this integration in such a way that still saves contacts that

4:23

don't

4:24

contain an email by simply creating this kind of fake placeholder email and

4:32

marking it as

4:33

such as you can see with the red font.

4:37

And the purpose of this is to be able to save that contact anyways because it

4:42

still contains

4:43

valuable information like a LinkedIn URL, like first name, last name, company

4:47

name and

4:48

all of those other fields.

4:50

So we can still try to reach out to this lead.

4:54

And in order to do this effectively and efficiently, what we recommend is take

5:01

an advantage

5:02

of our conditional sequences that look like this.

5:06

You can set up the first step would be to set up a condition and in that

5:09

condition you

5:10

will be basically checking does the contact contain not LinkedIn, but email.

5:18

Do we have an email and the condition would be is email set?

5:23

And if yes, then create one branch that will contain the whole equivalent of a

5:30

multi channel

5:31

sequence that I showed you earlier, like this one.

5:36

And if the contact doesn't have an email, move on with LinkedIn only steps like

5:42

a recent

5:42

post, endorse a scale, send a connection request, send a message and all of

5:48

those other LinkedIn

5:49

steps that you wanted to send.

5:53

If you have any questions and challenges, feel free to reach out to our support

5:56

at reply.io

5:57

and our team will be more than happy to assist you.

6:00

Thanks for your attention and we look forward to seeing you and you using our

6:03

new integration

6:04

with RB2B.

6:05

Thank you.
