Tagging the best leads with RB2B

Identify your hottest leads & engage them at the perfect moment with Hot Lead & Hot Page Tagging.

Basically, what this allows you to do is tag and bucket different types of

0:05

visitors depending on

0:07

different characteristics like their company size, their seniority, their

0:11

location, their job title,

0:13

you know, revenue, all these other pieces of criteria. I can hop in here. I can

0:21

add as many

0:21

hot lead filters as I would like. You'll see the different categories here.

0:28

And what that allows us to do, I can go over to profiles, excuse me, see our

0:34

hot leads, and now

0:35

this will just show me people who fell into at least one of those hot lead

0:40

buckets that we created.

0:42

We have three here on the retention account. You can add as many or as few as

0:45

you would like.

0:46

And the second filtering feature we have here is hot pages. Different pages on

0:54

your website have

0:55

signified different levels of intent from your visitors. As an example, a blog

1:01

post is usually a

1:03

source of more extraneous traffic. It generates a lot of low intent leads, some

1:08

high intent, but

1:09

really across the board usually gets a lot of low intent traffic. On the other

1:13

hand, if it's your

1:15

get a demo page, your pricing page, how it works, those are higher intent pages

1:19

. So it's a good idea

1:21

to tag and call out to your salespeople, your marketing people, whoever the

1:25

visitors who actually

1:26

went to those hot pages. At retention, we have three pages on our website that

1:32

we have labeled as

1:33

our hot pages. The first one is the get a demo page. So if someone didn't fill

1:37

out a form, we'll

1:38

still be able to capture some of those visitors. The how it works page, self-ex

1:43

planatory. And if

1:45

the third one is get grow, that's a features page. So features are another

1:50

great source of higher

1:51

intent traffic. So hopping back over to profiles again, I can go to my hot page

1:56

visitors and I can

1:58

check out just people who went to those pages. Now, when I go to exports or

2:03

send this data outside

2:05

of the RB2B system, that tag will be applied and I'll be able to filter all of

2:10

my leads from there.

2:12

So if you're looking to eliminate some of the noise inside the RB2B dashboard

2:16

and just focus down on

2:18

higher intent leads, head on over to tagging, set up your hot leads and hot

2:21

pages. [BLANK_AUDIO]
