Patrick Spychalski walks you through how to enrich your RB2B data using Clay.
0:00
All right, so in this video, I'm going to show you how to enrich your website
0:03
visitors
0:04
and then upload that enriched data to a CRM of your choice automatically.
0:08
The way we're going to do this is by using clay, which is a direct integration
0:11
with RB2B
0:12
and a great way to enrich people data as a whole.
0:15
So how do we connect the two?
0:16
So what we have to do is first go to RB2B and go down to the integrations panel
0:20
right
0:20
here.
0:21
From there, we just click on clay and we can go ahead and put in our Webhook
0:25
URL.
0:26
But where do we get that from?
0:27
So we actually go to clay and we click create new table and then scroll down to
0:34
import data
0:34
from Webhook.
0:36
If you click new table, it'll create a new table and then it'll give you the
0:39
Webhook
0:39
that you can connect to RB2B.
0:41
So we're going to copy this, go back to RB2B, paste it and voila, it is now
0:46
connected
0:47
and all of your website visitors will stream directly into a clay table.
0:51
So I've done this already and so I have them all in a table right here.
0:54
And what I want to do is do some base level enrichments and then upload that
0:57
base level
0:58
enrichment data into my HubSpot.
1:01
So in order to enrich data, what you're going to want to do is click add column
1:04
, browse
1:05
enrichments and then type in the data point that you're looking for.
1:08
So for example, I can type in phone number and you'll see that the mobile phone
1:11
number
1:12
waterfall pops up, which is something that looks for a phone number across a
1:15
bunch of
1:15
different integration providers.
1:18
All we have to do from there is click LinkedIn profile, put in the LinkedIn URL
1:22
, which RB2B
1:23
already gives us, click save and click run 10 rows.
1:28
And I'll wait for it to run the first 10 rows of this table and we can go ahead
1:32
and show
1:32
you how to update it after that.
1:34
All right.
1:35
So there are a ton of other data points you can find using clay.
1:38
It can be things from emails to company revenue to funding data.
1:42
I mean, the possibilities are essentially endless, but let's just say in this
1:45
situation,
1:45
I only wanted to upload the person's phone numbers to their contact in my CRM.
1:50
Nothing else, very easy upload.
1:51
What I'm going to do there is just click add column, browse enrichments, and I
1:55
'm going
1:55
to type in hub spot.
1:57
And you'll see that there's a creator update contact section.
2:00
You can also do the same thing with companies.
2:02
So when we click on contact, we're going to throw in their email address in
2:06
order to detect
2:07
whether there's already a contact in there.
2:09
In this case, it probably will be for me.
2:11
When we're going to type in each of the columns that associate with the
2:15
attributes that we're
2:16
looking to map out.
2:17
So for example, this first name column over here, we want to put that column in
2:20
this little
2:21
box, same with last name, and we'll throw in their email just because and then
2:26
we'll
2:27
put in their phone number as our final data point.
2:31
Any other data points you want to map out, just add them to your HubSpot and
2:33
then you
2:33
can do the exact same thing with the columns in clay.
2:36
And when we're done, we're going to click save and we will go ahead and run
2:40
these first
2:40
10 rows.
2:42
So you'll see here that I already had a contact in HubSpot, but it updated it
2:45
with all the
2:46
proper information.
2:47
All right.
2:48
So that's how you do it.
2:49
I hope this was helpful.
2:50
free to reach out if you have any questions. But yeah.
