Auto Email Your Website Visitors Using RB2B and Clay

0:00

All right, so this is going to be how to send an automatic email to anybody

0:06

that visits

0:07

your website.

0:09

I like to do this via clay.

0:10

Just makes it super easy.

0:11

So the first thing you're going to want to do is have your clay integration set

0:15

up and

0:15

have your web hook put into here.

0:18

If you haven't created this table already, I'll show you how to create one.

0:22

When you make a new table, if you go down to import data from a web hook, you

0:29

can go

0:29

ahead and show you.

0:30

You can create a new table.

0:33

Then once it creates the table, it'll give you the web hook that you want to

0:40

put right

0:41

here.

0:42

If you've already created a table, another way you can see this screen later,

0:45

you can click

0:45

on web hook, sources, pull in data from a web hook, and then it'll pop up there

0:51

Okay, so I'm going to go back to this other one because I've already had my

0:55

installed.

0:56

I had it put in here and saved, and so it's been sending data ever since

1:00

February.

1:01

So you're going to want to wait until some data pops in here.

1:04

All of the information about the lead is going to pop into here.

1:08

Most importantly, it's going to include their business email, which RB2B has

1:13

the best waterfall

1:15

enrichment that I've seen.

1:17

I have not found a way to improve this data.

1:21

It does give you personal emails, but I found it only gives you personal emails

1:24

when we

1:25

cannot find any business emails.

1:28

It's really nice.

1:29

You don't even have to enrich it or validate it.

1:31

I've done a lot of testing on all of these, and they work.

1:36

Now what we're going to do is we're going to add enrichment.

1:39

You can use any email sequencer you want.

1:42

I'm a big fan of Smart Lead.

1:45

Here I'm going to add the lead to a campaign.

1:49

I'm going to select my website visitors campaign.

1:52

I'm going to enter in the email that RB2B gave us, as well as all the other

1:59

information

2:00

that we want it to reference as well.

2:05

So all the data will just be inside of Smart Lead, and we have variables inside

2:13

of the

2:14

email if we want to use them.

2:17

If they just show up on the website, we're going to send them an email.

2:22

Obviously you can come in here and if you want to add a filter or something

2:26

where it's

2:26

like, "Hey, only send them an email if they're an executive and above."

2:32

Or if they only work in these industries, what's great is that RB2B here, they

2:37

send you the

2:38

industry of the company of the lead coming in, and then they also send you the

2:43

title.

2:44

It's really easy to add a filter here.

2:46

You could literally say, "Only run if industry."

2:55

Let's say I only want financial services people.

2:58

Only run if industry is financial services.

3:07

And only run if title is above executive or whatever, like you can do a bunch

3:13

of stuff

3:14

like that.

3:15

And so here, now it's only going to run if they're in financial services.

3:18

We don't actually need that.

3:19

So what I can do is save, and I'm just going to run it on the first 10 rows to

3:22

give you

3:23

an example.

3:24

I'm just going to process these and send it over to this campaign right here.

3:29

And when I click into it, we can see those leads are popping up inside of here.

3:36

And then now, what will happen is that every time someone visits the website,

3:39

they'll automatically

3:40

go into this table.

3:41

They'll automatically get added to that campaign, and they will automatically

3:45

be emailed in

3:46

real time.
