Connect with your website visitors on LinkedIn Automatically

Ilija from HeyReach walks us through how to automatically connect with website visitors on LinkedIn using the RB2B x HeyReach integration.

0:00

In this video, I'm going to show you how you can

0:03

automate your LinkedIn out,

0:04

usually multiple LinkedIn accounts,

0:06

especially if you have lots of new website visitors

0:10

on the website and you don't really want to miss them out

0:13

by not sending timely messages.

0:15

So we all know RBTB is doing a great job

0:19

by finding and beyond minimizing our website visitors

0:23

by providing LinkedIn URL.

0:25

Now I can show you a video to do real on how pretty much

0:28

you can set up an automated flow every time somebody visits

0:31

your website and you basically send them a connection

0:34

request, a LinkedIn message, et cetera, et cetera.

0:37

And moreover, I will show you how you can basically take

0:40

care of all of your website visitors all at once

0:43

in an automated way.

0:45

So let's dive into it.

0:47

For this, you will need to have an RBTB account

0:50

and here which account to which multiple LinkedIn accounts

0:53

should be connected.

0:56

And in this way, we will just assign all of these

0:59

LinkedIn accounts to reach out to the audience

1:01

that just registered our website.

1:04

So the flow pretty much starts with carriage.

1:07

You connect your LinkedIn accounts.

1:10

Then the second step is we need to create a campaign.

1:14

And in this campaign, we are going to call it RBTB.

1:17

Okay.

1:25

First, we need to create an empty list

1:28

because this let list will be post field with people

1:32

coming from RBTB, the ones that were detected.

1:36

So create an empty let list, RBTB, all.

1:41

Let's write it like that.

1:43

And this let list has zero let's say.

1:48

That's what I'm doing.

1:49

Now we, instead of just, this is your not your

1:52

ordinary LinkedIn tool, we pretty much will assign

1:55

all of our forms successfully connected

1:57

LinkedIn accounts to reach out to the website visitors.

2:00

Then we will create a campaign.

2:06

And the campaign is essentially an automated set

2:08

of LinkedIn actions which your selected accounts

2:11

will act upon the list provided by RBTB.

2:15

So instead of your typical way by sending

2:17

the connection request messages in mouse and all that,

2:20

here is a flow that actually really helped you out

2:23

in getting acceptance rate and just improving

2:26

your overall outbound strategy.

2:28

So we will start with a follow.

2:31

One day it would be too much.

2:32

So we will be out for three hours

2:35

and then we will send them a connection request, obviously.

2:40

We can do a plan connection request

2:42

or we can do a personalized one.

2:44

So let's personalize the connection request.

2:47

Okay.

2:48

So this is pretty much how we can personalize

2:51

the connection request regardless of which account

2:54

is sending it.

2:54

So we will go with pay first name,

2:56

we know that because RBTB is successful

2:58

and finds first names.

2:59

Thank you for visiting K-rich,

3:01

we know that they have visited here.

3:03

So this is why I'm mentioning it.

3:05

Let's connect best my first name.

3:07

And my for best my first name means that I don't really

3:10

care which link an account will send out

3:11

that connection request as long as it's personalized.

3:15

So I'm going to click on Save over here.

3:18

And now we have two options, either two.

3:21

We'd out and apply next actions

3:24

if the not accept our connection request

3:26

or automate a flow of when they do accept

3:30

the connection request.

3:31

So I'm going to create a flow that actually makes sense

3:34

to get higher acceptance rate and automate a flow

3:37

when they do accept our connection request.

3:40

So this is our connection request,

3:44

note pretty much that says,

3:46

"Hey, first name, we know that there is a first name

3:48

just because RBTB provided with one."

3:51

Thanks for visiting K-rich.

3:52

Obviously we know that they have just visited K-rich

3:55

and let's connect my first name,

3:57

meaning the account which is sending

3:58

the connection request so we can add a personal touch.

4:02

So yes, this is pretty much doing

4:04

with four LinkedIn accounts at the same time.

4:07

So now we have two options pretty much.

4:10

What's going to happen if they do accept

4:12

the connection request or not accept it?

4:14

So I'm going to pause this video

4:17

and just create a flow in both cases.

4:19

Okay, so I've built out the cadence

4:23

that actually will help me increase my acceptance rate

4:27

and automate the flow that actually pushes people

4:30

to try it out essentially.

4:32

So left-hand side, if a connection request is sent

4:35

but not accepted in five days,

4:36

we can continue with profile engagements

4:38

such as viewing profiles, liking posts, et cetera, et cetera.

4:41

But we don't really want to over-setro it this

4:44

because this audience is pretty much

4:46

in the middle of the funnel type audience.

4:49

So you don't really want to push the meal to hurt on that.

4:52

Now right-hand side is the fun part.

4:55

What is going to happen if they do accept

4:57

the connection request over here.

4:59

And yes, if you get a response,

5:01

we will automatically stop the sequence

5:03

but if there is no response and no action taken,

5:06

we can pretty much apply additional steps.

5:09

So three hours later, after they have accepted,

5:12

we are going to hit them with a message

5:15

that is pretty natural, right?

5:16

So thank you for accepting my invitation first thing

5:18

for some visualization in place.

5:20

We just released a new integration allowing you

5:23

to connect with all of your US website visitors.

5:26

Thanks, RVTB, on autopilot, let's scale.

5:29

Thanks, here, Rich.

5:30

If you think it's working as well,

5:32

let me know and I will set you a card on how to set it up.

5:34

So now we are pushing the needle

5:36

to actually people to try this out.

5:38

So I was just window shopping to,

5:41

I just wanted to test out both of these platforms.

5:43

This is our message number one.

5:45

If there is a response, obviously people stop it,

5:48

three days later, if there is no response,

5:49

we will hit them with another message,

5:51

which is just too friendly and just not looking

5:54

like a typical all-bound message.

5:57

Best part, you can use it for free in the next 14 days,

6:01

you should be a message and also queue up.

6:03

And you can see that I'm on purpose,

6:05

we just not using capitalization on the first letters,

6:08

on the first words, just because like this

6:10

should look like a text message, a friend to a friend.

6:14

So this is my message number two.

6:16

And if there is no response,

6:18

I will just do additional profile engagement,

6:20

just to increase my chances of getting a response.

6:23

Now, I've built out my campaign.

6:26

You know what I'm doing?

6:28

As I mentioned, four LinkedIn accounts

6:30

will actually do the job against a LIDLIS

6:33

that was provided from RBTB.

6:35

And we will call this campaign RBTB visitors.

6:39

Click on launch campaign.

6:41

So now the campaign is idling because I don't have

6:46

any LIDLIS in it.

6:48

Now, I'm going to set up that integration

6:50

that pretty much will fit this campaign all day long.

6:55

So that I need to go to the integration tab.

6:59

Over here, why I already have my RBTB button,

7:02

so connect with RBTB.

7:05

Now, the first question is,

7:07

what is it that I want to do?

7:10

So I have two options,

7:12

whether to send LIDLIS to an existing campaign

7:15

or to feed a list,

7:16

which will be get to be used in a campaign.

7:19

So for this purpose,

7:21

I'm going to send LIDLIS to a campaign.

7:23

My campaign was called RBTB visitors.

7:26

And this is ongoing, right?

7:27

I'm going to click on apply.

7:29

And I'm going to generate a new URL.

7:32

Cool, I have my URL in place.

7:35

Click on the copy button.

7:37

Now we are adding a back to RBTB.

7:39

In RBTB, I'm going into the integration tab over here.

7:45

And then I'm clicking on back hook.

7:50

So I want to click on set integration.

7:53

And then I'm going to paste on the key reach,

7:56

the same link that I have copied from here.

7:59

I'm going to send it over here.

8:02

And then I want the status to be enabled.

8:06

So I can do it later.

8:08

I'm going to click on save.

8:09

And the integration status is available.

8:12

Available, so yeah, pretty much it's alive and going.

8:18

Now I want to test out whether everything is set properly.

8:21

I'm going to click on set test event or receive.

8:24

I will get here test has been sent,

8:25

service respond to Android okay.

8:28

Going back to here, just to confirm

8:30

that everything looks fine.

8:34

I already have one total lead, one in sequence.

8:38

And let's check on who that person is.

8:42

That person, going incidentally or not,

8:44

is Adam Robinson and the account

8:47

that will take care of Adam is Martin.

8:50

So yeah, cool, right?

8:52

And then if you want to check up on the list,

8:55

you already have stored RBTB all.

8:57

And now you have all of the details

8:59

about the payload that was sent.

9:02

So yeah, pretty awesome, right?

9:04

Let me know if you need anything else.
