Send LinkedIn Messages to Hot Leads Automatically

Ilija from HeyReach shows us how to automatically send LinkedIn messages to hot leads using the RB2B x HeyReach integration.

0:00

Hi, in this video I'm going to guide you through on how to schedule a meeting

0:05

with someone who just visited your website.

0:08

Pretty much it, like obviously they visited my website and two minutes later we

0:14

already have all the necessary information to kick themselves and we pretty

0:17

much scheduled that meeting.

0:20

But this effective approach was pretty much done thanks to RPTB just because

0:23

they have successfully mapped out this person over here that actually visited

0:31

our website.

0:33

So let's dive into it.

0:36

On my RPTB dashboard you can see how many new profiles returning new website

0:41

visits and all of that, like all the good stuff I have.

0:45

But then again, like the main question is whether all of these people are

0:48

actually relevant, either all of these people are actually mentioning my ISP.

0:53

So there are a bunch of approaches you can utilize to pretty much connect with

0:58

all of these people and thanks to Hearish and integration which is available,

1:03

this flow, it's pretty easy to set pretty much everyone can do it.

1:07

So I've created a webhook over here in the account details of integrations.

1:16

So in the integrations I've set a webhook URL.

1:23

This is the Hearish using the Hearish API, which means that every time somebody

1:28

matches my search criteria and we will dive into the search criteria a little

1:33

bit later.

1:34

But let's think of the technical setup over here.

1:38

So what you will need to execute this is an RPTB account obviously, and you

1:43

will need a Hearish account to automate your LinkedIn approach from this point

1:48

on.

1:49

So in Hearish we obviously have play around a little bit but then again we will

1:54

dive into the details in a bit.

1:57

What really matters is that I have a campaign which matches an RPTB severity.

2:05

And to show you how that looks like, so RPTB has this cool feature called HotL

2:11

its and Hot Pages.

2:14

So for the purpose of this demo I have focused on the HotLits and this is how I

2:22

have set it up.

2:24

So pretty much you name your filter.

2:27

If you want you can input company revenue but I've focused on the company sizes

2:31

Obviously anything with above 21, it's worth for me just reaching out to them.

2:37

And then I have mapped out the owner, founders, the executive partner VP, etc.

2:42

Obviously you can add even more, you can add departments, you can add category

2:47

states and all of the good stuff.

2:50

And now I have applied like all of these filters when anyone is matching all of

2:54

these filters.

2:55

I want to send them to a webhook.

2:57

So a webhook and I will show you the integration process behind it obviously.

3:01

So in the webhook you pretty much say, well if someone matches this criteria,

3:05

send them to this webhook.

3:07

So now let's check on what the webhook actually does.

3:13

When you go to Hearish, you always will then I have set a campaign.

3:19

And this campaign is a section called RB2B seniority which is all good.

3:26

And now I have preset a sequence.

3:28

The sequence is pretty straightforward in my case because this is an

3:31

integration.

3:32

Pretty much goes with thank you for visiting Payreach.

3:36

That's connect if you're interested to learn more about this integration.

3:39

Right?

3:40

Because we are the automation tool but in your case it can really be anything.

3:43

Over here you can see that the reply rate is actually 41% because this is not a

3:47

call audience.

3:49

This is an audience who actually visited your website, know what you do and

3:53

when you send that connection request or a DM,

3:56

obviously the chances of getting the response are much higher compared to

4:00

anything else.

4:02

And one day when the connection request is sent, if there is no acceptance, all

4:06

good.

4:07

We do not want to over saturate the audience.

4:09

We will just do an end.

4:11

But nevertheless when they do accept it, we follow up with a simple message.

4:15

I'm glad we have connected.

4:17

We just released new integration with RB2B which allows Hearish users to

4:21

automate a flow like this one.

4:22

Simple.

4:23

First, visit your website, RB2B does its magic and finish taking care of the

4:27

LinkedIn site.

4:28

Let me know if you'd like to learn more about it.

4:31

Once you have this campaign done, pretty much it's running and all you, you, is

4:36

quite on autopilot.

4:38

Anyone who matches the search criteria, the hot page, the, sorry, the hot leads

4:42

over here will be sent to this campaign.

4:47

On the technical side of things, in the integration part, we always have RB2B

4:53

in place.

4:55

So all you need to do is click on a link account, link to a specific.

5:01

And you see that I already have, you select the which campaign, so you have to

5:05

build out the campaign.

5:07

First, second, you select the campaign and third is generate apply and generate

5:13

a URL.

5:14

Once you have the URL like this, you just copy it, go back to RB2B, go to

5:22

integration stop.

5:24

And over here, in web hooks, you pretty much just apply the same URL.

5:31

Here, and send a test event.

5:35

When you get a response to 100, this means that the integration is set properly

5:39

and now you are receiving data.

5:41

When you click on that send button, you will end up with payload like this one

5:50

and you can pretty much see.

5:53

The first name that will pop up is a test payload of Adam Robinson.

5:59

That's hilarious.

6:00

So this is a way to set up personalized flow when it comes to hot leads in

6:07

order to be reached out on LinkedIn and get cool messages such as, let's meet

6:12

up, two minutes right after they've resisted your website.

6:16

So hope it makes sense.

6:18

Yeah, let me know.
